I shot this film with my good friend Leo Normani for Vol Libre Production. Vol Libre works around falconry, a world built on patience, precision, and trust between humans and birds of prey. There’s something very pure about it, almost instinctive. We approached the film the same way: staying light, staying attentive, and letting the movement guide us. Trying to capture that fragile balance between control and freedom.

Once again, I brought out the Freefly Ember to shoot high-speed slow motion. Stretching time to reveal the invisible, like the silent movement of an eagle’s eyelid.
